In short
- You have 14 days from the day you accept your offer to withdraw, without giving a reason. If you do, the whole agreement ends, including the 3-month minimum term.
- If you withdraw before you have received your personalised PDF, you get a full refund.
- If you withdraw after you have received your personalised PDF at your own request, we keep the program fee (€150, or €250 for Have It All) and a proportional part of the first month’s coaching fee (€50, or €100 for Have It All), and refund the rest.
- After the 14 days, the 3-month minimum term applies and we don’t give refunds for a change of mind. After that, you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of your paid month.
- Calls can be moved for free up to 12 hours before they start.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Our programs are agreed at a distance (online, by email or WhatsApp), so as a consumer you have a legal right to withdraw (herroepingsrecht, art. 6:230o Dutch Civil Code). The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting the day after you accept our offer. You don’t have to give a reason.
Starting within the 14 days and your personalised PDF
Most clients want to start straight away. When you accept your offer, we ask you to confirm in writing that:
- you want us to start the coaching and create your personalised PDF before the 14 days are over; and
- you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal for the personalised PDF once we have sent it to you.
We then confirm this to you by email or WhatsApp. Without your confirmation, we wait until the 14 days have passed before we deliver the PDF.
What you get back if you withdraw

Example: you paid €200, received your PDF, and withdraw on day 9 of a 30-day monthly period. We keep €150 + €15 (9/30 of €50) and refund €35. For Have It All (€350), the same situation means we keep €250 + €30 (9/30 of €100) and refund €70.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used (PayPal, Tikkie or bank transfer), unless you ask for another method. We never charge a fee for the refund.
How to withdraw or cancel
Send a clear message to ybs.support@arfaamsterdam.com or by WhatsApp, saying you want to withdraw or cancel. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to. We confirm receipt straight away by email or WhatsApp.
After the minimum term
After the first 3 months your program continues month to month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your program ends at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for. Your notice period is therefore never longer than one month, and you never pay for a month after the one you cancel in. You can read more in our terms.
Cancelling or moving a call
You can move or cancel a call free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and missed calls count as used. If we cancel a call, we always offer you a new time.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we cannot deliver what we agreed, or if we end the coaching for health and safety reasons, we refund the part you paid for but did not receive. Your legal rights if a service does not meet the agreement (conformity) always remain.
